My back hurts

FYI, my Myrtles get powdery mildew every year as well. Several years ago a local nursery owner told me to use Fertilome Rose & Flower Food With Systemic Insecticide every month after they start leafing through Fall. It has worked very well so far.

What's the plan for potting that bad boy up? Are you planning on leaving it in a growing bead for a couple of years or are you going to re-collect it in the spring?
 
I'm thinking I'll lift it next spring if/when I see buds pushing and pot it up. I removed a lot of roots, but I left more then I normally would have because the timing of the dig wasn't ideal. I would have preferred doing it in mid October, and thought getting it temporarily back in the ground would be best to get it through the winter.
