An update:
19 out of 26 planted onto rocks are still alive.

Several are pushing roots out drain holes:

Of the 7 lost, 6 were worked in November. Only one of the 12 done in March has died.

Unwrapped one. Looking pretty good to me. Straightened roots and wrapped it back up to grow a couple more years.
