BONSAI TREES STOLEN
I am devastated to share that a large number of my mature bonsai trees have been stolen from Cherry Hill garden centre, Middlesbrough where I rent space. These trees are the result of years of care and dedication, and I am heartbroken at their loss.

The stolen bonsais include:
72 year old Japanese White Pine,
Large Hemlock Bonsai 55 cm
White Satsuki Azalea 55cm
Pink Azalea Koran 54cm
Scots Pine 84cm
Large Juniper Shimpaki 75cm
Several wired Japanese itoigawa juniper 25 - 35 cm.

These are not just plants—they are unique, irreplaceable trees that I have nurtured for years. I am asking the bonsai community, plant lovers, and the general public to keep an eye out. If you come across anyone selling bonsais matching these descriptions, whether online or in person, please contact me immediately.

If you have any leads, no matter how small, please message me directly or email gail@ggevergreenbonsai.uk or contact Cleveland Police, HQ.

Please share this post widely—especially in bonsai groups, gardening communities, and local selling platforms. The more people who see this, the harder it will be for the thieves to sell them.

Thank you for your support,

Gail

The really tragic part of such thefts, is that the thieves probably have no idea how to care for the trees they have stolen. If they don't make a quick sale to some sketchy individual, or even if they do, the trees are likely to perish.
