Merry Christmas Everyone

I was hoping someone started a Christmas thread, and of course I guessed correctly that it would be @Carol 83 . I wish the same for all here and to you Carol, thanks for being a light in this space! Happy Holiday of whatever version of celebration you celebrate!!!🎊

Wishing everyone here a very Merry Christmas. I hope it's filled with family, love and maybe a few bonsai gifts. As always, I am thankful for this forum and all of it's members. Enjoy your day.
Merry Christmas, may the holiday season be restful and rejuvenating for all B Nutters.

Happy Holidays and merry Christmas @Carol 83 and all the nuts. Love this forum, love this art.

Me and the fam did our annual and centuries old New Mexico tradition. Farolitos (or luminarias depending on what part of the state you’re in) on Christmas Eve. Basically a brown sack with sand and a candle.

I grew up in the north valley and we called them luminarias! Great job keeping the tradition alive.

Heartfelt wishes "fir" the warmest, friendliest, most fulfilling and restful Christmas and New Year. May 2025 find you "sprucing" up your collections. Spend some time on the "beech," enjoy some dormancy the way only "yew" can.
Thank you all for making me feel welcome, and never mocking me for all those things that I don't know and the sometimes obvious questions I ask.
Great thread, @Carol 83. Merry Christmas.

Haha. Yes you are absolutely incorrect. 😂 I’m from Santa Fe and they are and always will be called Farolitos. Not to be confused with road side fires ie. Luminarias. An age old argument over naming these beauties continues!
