Mini field maple. Normally the small leaves are gone within a couple of days but cold weather and a sever repot seems to have slowed it down a bit.

I feel that there are quite a few people like me that would be happy to have a nice bonsai tree, two or three in their life time, then there are people like Jeremy. Good show and thanks as always for letting us see what you have going.

I have been trying to make the point for years around here, photos are every thing. They tell you when you are doing something wright and they tell you something when you have not quite hit the mark. My photos rat me out all of the time. They really don't lie.

Truly eye candy! The use of a black backdrop and natural side lighting makes for very effective photos. I'll have to try that, if we can ever get a decent amount of sun this spring.
