Two people I admire on this board have now told me that I was in the wrong and you were in the right.

I suspect that it's time to stop making excuses for myself and instead offer you an apology. I hope that you'll accept it.

I totally understand why you did what you did. You're defending a friend and that makes it hard to be objective. Apology accepted and appreciated. I respect you even more for apologizing.

By the way, if it makes you feel any better...just about every "regular" on the BNut knows I have had to apologize for things I've said a time or two.
