Mame pots on a mini pottery wheel

I see that. They have quite the range, small, smaller, smaller still, a bit smaller than that, and so on.
I'm planning on working back up on the sizes now. Are you able to get back into playing with the clay?

I am trying a little clay today or tomorrow. Stitches heal fast but rotators heal slow. Two different issues.
I have lots of new ideas for bonsai pots but I have local stores to keep stocked with bowls and platters as well. They are apparently "flying off the shelves".

Do you have a free standing wheel or a table top version?

I have two wheels, though one needs to be reassembled. The wheel I am using is a Shimpo. It is the lighter one but it is a full sized wheel. I can't remember the names of the different units as it seems I am losing brain cells daily. I used to have the Aspire, a table top model but traded it in because it was too small for much of my work. It would be great for what you do.
There are many good wheels but Shimpo and Brent are about the best out there. I have worked on a lot of wheels and you don't want to waste your money on a sub par wheel.
You can buy a wheel for a business and use depreciation rules, but in Virginia it will be personal property that you will pay taxes on for some years. If you have an LL C or Corp, you can buy the wheel personally and rent it to the business forever. I am not sure if that will apply to a sole proprietorship ( I doubt it) but need to look into it since I already have all of my equipment.

I looked at the Shimpo and Speedball tabletop models. I've read a lot of good things about Shimpo. However I did notice that the Shimpo Aspire uses a specific sized bat. Looks like next year I maybe be getting a new potters wheel.

Your pots are really great! I really love them.

I don't have time to review the 30+ pages or so of messages I've missed, so forgive me if the question has already been answered : what temperature do you fire them? What kind of oven do you use?

Thanks! There are some nice pics of finished pots within the 36 pages. If you like the greenware you will surely like to see them glazed ;)

Pity I live across the pond, I would definitely have bought some from you, and send you a few plants that would perfectly fit in.

But once again, kudos on you. ✌️

I have pots around the world, so shipping is not the problem. The problem is having enough in stock. If you are on Instagram follow me there I post most all my pics there first. They actually sell there first before I can get them listed on my website.

What is this thing Instagram? ;) Not even on FB, so not joining that either. Guess being a party pooper, I will miss out.

Instagram has been extremely helpful on getting an audience. Believe me if I didn't start the pottery I would have never gotten on Instagram.
I made a pinky promise with you....I will keep my word. 😁
