Lorax7 Procumbens Juniper #4 progression

I think your tree is in the middle. All the exterior can be removed so that the stellar trunk line the tree is giving you can be utilized and shown off. You can make it jagged or smooth, either way.

Currently it has kind of a spaceship 🛸 feeling. I suppose you could use 1 side of the tree, tilt it for a repot and utilize as cascade but it would be a tremendous waste of a trunk line that already exists with the tree as an informal upright.
I’ll have to give it a closer look when I get a chance. At first glance, I didn’t see anything resembling an informal upright, so I’m wondering if something about the 3D shape was misleading when seen as a 2D photo, but it’s also possible that I just missed it as I wasn’t studying it closely. I was going to take a closer look this afternoon, but nature had other plans and it is now raining.

Here’s a view from the side, 90 degrees from the position you were looking at, and holding some branches out of the way so it’s easier to see the trunk line:

and another view from nearly the same position you were looking at but off to the side and at a bit of a tilt so you can see the rather extreme bend in that trunk line:

The informal upright style breaks down as soon as you get just a little bit off axis from that particular “front” view. I think I’m better off keeping it as a cascade.

Also a tilt would look amazing
