Looking for Trident Maple 'Mitsubato Kaede'

Does anyone know where I can find one? On the wikipedia page, it is said to be a cork bark cultivar of trident.

He sells 'Evergreen's Rough Bark'. Is that the same as the "Mitsubato Kaede'?
