I am located about 45 minutes east from either the Verrazano bridge or the Throgs Neck/ Whitestone Bridge . So from the Verrazano to Southern State pkwy east to Rt 135 and go north to Exit 9 or from Throgs Neck/Whitestone take LIE east to Rt 135 South . The Zelkova has a terrific tapering trunk with nice branches formed and fall color is a reddish and yellow color. Roots have been shaped to form a radius outward so that in time it should expose nice Nebari. The Larch were collected by me in the Adirondack Mts and very hardy and healthy . A perfect starter bonsai well branched. The Washington Hawthorne has a huge trunk which was air rooted so there is some nice radiating feeder roots lending to a shallow pot when completed. It is very hardy and you can see new growth sprouting .ID say the trunk is almost 2inches thick and has terrific age. We can talk reasonable prices afterward if this is something you would like to work with. Call Corrado for final directions and day/time to meet. 516 756 5622
