How many are there? 3? Looks to be very healthy. Good luck with it.

The great thing is they have another three or four hundred like this one.

Update April Split

This separation was from April when I separated them, and they all seem to be doing fine and all seem to be recovering well.

I am going to wait before really styling and bending the branches of the separated plants, but I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on the direction I should be going with the plants. I will post close up on the junipers later when I get home and take another set of updated pictures.

Really nice job with separating these. You are correct to wait in styling these. I would wait until the middle of next spring. By that time, you will know what you are left with after winter.

As far as styling opinions. We would need to see close ups the trees. However, close ups where the whole tree is visible. Also, maybe pics from different angles.

Once again, great work on this project.

You have made for yourself a great collection of future projects with great potential. The temptation will be great to start working on them right away, avoid that temptation for at least a year, two would be wise. When you are certain that they have recovered and have become vigorous let your imagination and tools run wild and make some great bonsai for all of us to admire.
