Japanese Pepper Tree (help)

Recently got this tree. I noticed what look like tiny black dots on the underside of new growth, But it looks like this could be part of normal growth as they are uniform with where leafs shoot out.. yet there are a couple leafs that have tiny dark spots but they al.ost look natural.

As i said on a whole the tree looks very healthy but im just worried. Its also very hard to get photos as so tiny.

Any advice much appreciated.

Hard to tell from the photos, but some kind of aphid perhaps?
Also, people are about to ask.. are you keeping this inside? If you are, I wouldn't. With very few exeptions in the bonsai world trees need to be grown outdoors or will eventually decline and die. Mine do fine in Tokyo winters and we get down to -5 or colder overnight sometimes.

Okay ill get some sort of aphid spray then. Yeah I'm aware it should be outside but im going to try anyway as i really having little trees on the window. If it really starts to suffer then I'll accept defeat and move it outside. I've had a Carmona in the same place for 6 months now and its doing fine, i have the windows open a lot.
