Hi all. I'm wondering if my Jacaranda tree is going through seasonal change or sick. She's about 2-3 years old, been outside all summer and doing great, we are in the pacific northwest. I recently brought her back inside due to cold temps at night. Her leaves are turning brown, curling up and falling off. I'm watering one good watering a week and she sits in a northern window with no harsh sunlight. See the pictures and please let me know what you think, thanks.1000004447.jpg

Did it lose it's leaves the last 2 winters? Mine lose theirs every year, even here in Florida. Mine stay outside all year in full sun, I would put it in whatever window you have with the most sunlight. Or use a grow light.

No I brought it in last winter and it didn't loose it's leaves. I live in the PNW, it's too cold to winter outdoors. My Jacaranda gets like a white growth on it's branches which turns to a brown crust every time I bring it indoors. The first time this happened the branches fell but did not drop off the tree. Neem oil seemed to lesson this white/brown growth.
