Welcome to Crazy!

I Wouldn't.

Buying with no pics is like Buying just to have the species..."no matter what it is."

Which you could probly acquire here cheaper or free, probly healthier, with better roots too!

I don't buy shipped trees at all.

Where are you?

Welccome...

Are you looking at per tree or that total for both? You will have to figure in shipping.

I'm on my phone...but will look up my bookmark of online sources. Will share the link.

That said...if you do Facebook. I have a guy with fare prices...but before I do...we do have a few members who sell. So will wait until they weigh in first. @Stickroot @milehigh_7 @Don Blackmond not sure you have anything in the price range.. but for being morning you guys came to mind. If I left anyone out...I'm going to plead brain foggy for I've not had my coffee yet.

*Blushing at being mentioned with the others* my stuff is mainly little starters and sorry I don't have any of those cultivars at this time. This made my day! :-)

Well...gotta start somewhere. Starters can be something to see as an accomplishment as you look back at progression photos. I think one should at least do one of not more to have the ability and pride in taking it to the next level. Buying established bonsai or specimen prebonsai...don't get me wrong. It's my direction. But something about turning a sapling/sucker into something more than a stick in the pot is an accomplishment and a mark on one's belt. I think to skip that part you steal something from yourself. Just my two cents for what it's worth.

Dont mate. See them in the flesh and pick your trunks.

And with branded maples who knows what graft hell you might get.

I get where your coming from. But, the majority of all my material came from online sources in my bonsai circle. Such as my profile photo. That came from my guy who I contact through Facebook who has a nursery...sells on auctions. But will sell via PM if you are looking for something...and he has it. I'm very rural...and bonsai hasn't really hit my neck of the woods,

@Adair M never heard to set recently repotted junipers in the sun. But the explanation why...sounds reasonable.

Thanks a lot...pass a thanks along to Boon as well. Much appreciated and am humbled to have this opportunity to learn. No questions really...but will learn from ones asking them possibly.

I guess that's because you listen to the wrong people.

I wouldn't say that. I just assumed all repots needed time to settle in and recover. I never even looked into it...just assumed. So the error was no one other than myself where the error can be directed towards. ;)

Wonder if it's because you do a partial bareroot. So the roots are less disturbed? Or part of the reason they can do well going directly back into the sun.

Sorry @Elyah ...pure exhaustion...I guess I was one step ahead in my mind where I wanted to go...that I forgot to go there. I do believe this is a first for me though...

We will use this as a commercial of sorts...as my pastor calls additional information NOT pertaining to the message.
