He means air has to pass through and water has to go out. One big foot traps water and blocks air circulation under the pot.

I made this one tonight, with proper feet. Thanks @Forsoothe! and @Clicio

my daughter made the heart one, those are her little fingers. Fun times

we’ll paint them up tomorrow

Sanded it down and revealed some nice relief and texture

I really like the first pot, feet or no feet. What is Super Sculpy and will it hold up outdoors?

I’ve used sculpy in the past for other projects unrelated to bonsai, but I’ve thought about using it to make small pots for fun. But I never tried because I wasn’t sure how it would hold up to constant moisture. Interested to see how yours fair. Cool project
