It IS Bonsai.

Grow the trunk lose some branching.
Keep the branchimg slow the trunk.

Eventually shit will get out of proportion.

With a tree this young, you’re not going to lose options by growing it. Right now, there are no options for a good bonsai. Give it sun and fertilizer, trunk chop when it thickens and start selective pruning at that time.
