Help with a few sick trees Spruce and Pine

Here are two more. First is a mugo pine I have in full sun. Once again still in the nursery pot and soil. I just haven't repoted it yet. Was waiting till late winter. It's starting to brown in the middle.

The second is a Dwarf Alberta spruce bought at the same time as the pine. I have been keeping it in dappled shade. if that exists in Fresno in the summer?)

They all get fed every 3-4 weeks with slow release miracle grow and organic food every other time.

Do you have a dog?

I do, but he is not allowed near the trees. (I have a gate that keeps him out) He is also a very small breed, shorter than the benches these trees are on.

On the spruce check for mites---on the mugo check for needle cast or shoot/tip moth.
