It appears to be a white pine species.
Please check the needles. White pines usually have needles in bunches of 5.
That brings the ID down to around 7 species in the white pine section of the pine family.
After that I can't help you get further with the ID because I don't know what the differences are between the different species of white pines.
I note that the wires should have been removed a couple of years ago and have now caused considerable scarring on the trunk. Hopefully you can still get the wires off without causing too much damage to the rest of the bark.
