Has Anyone Used the Bayer BioAdvanced 12 Month Tree and Shrub Protect and Feed

I have had a lot of luck with this product on landscape trees and shrubs, especially on leaf miners, aphids, and scale. Has anyone used it successfully on their bonsai. I like it because it’s used once a year and there’s a very mild fertilizer (2-1-1) included.

I use it on my tropicals several weeks before they come in the house for the winter. It seems to reduce problems with scale and spider mites. I don't use it on anything else because it has neonicotinoids that are toxic to honeybees and implicated in colony collapse disorder.

On flowering shrubs and trees I apply it after the flowers are done. But it’s good to mention. Thanks.

If it has imidacloprid in it (I'm pretty sure it does), it can CREATE a mite issue. Be careful in using it, and make sure you have a plan to handle mites ...while you stay on the lookout for them.

I also use this on my tropicals a week or so before bring inside and my hardy trees before mulching in for winter.

I use this as well, but I use the concentrate and mix it myself.

I use this once a year on all non flowering trees in spring just before I put them outside. If you use too much before they leaf out it can cause leaf deformity. It also has a fungicidal component which I think is useful.
