I was at the nursery looking around yesterday and saw two of these little spruce trees sitting in one of the recovery hoop houses.
I inquired about them and apparently the owner took a couple back from Alaska to play around with them.
He decided to sell me one cheap.
I know it's not the most interesting specimen but I couldn't pass it up for such a good price.
There doesn't seem to be much info. Online so I came here to see if anyone has worked with one or know anyone who has.
I'll likely just spend the year observing.
It seems to have been potted recently so I won't be repotting it.
