This grape hasent came out of dormancy yet but all my other plans have hope its ok

Just started being part of Bonsai Nut. I am interested in how you transplanted them from the ground into pots. What month were they collected and how deep did you have to dig to get the rootball out? Did all your transplanted vines survive? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
