Gnats treatment advice

You don't need it. It only kills them and doesn't solve the issue. So they be back very quickly.
Your soil is too wet, let it dry out more (not just superficially) and your problem is gone.
Yeah after changing the soil I was doing approx. 2 waterings per day but I'm going back to one. This is really fast draining so I wasn't sure how much will really stay in the mix but obviously I'm getting enough if there is these pests coming. Also removed the humidity tray as I really didn't run into any issues when I didn't have one and it was previously suggested that it will only help in general. I did do the HD bath this morning so hopefully I'll have this issues on the mend. Gave the foliage a bit of a mist with the HD mix as well. Fingers crossed!

I would opine that if the plant is outdoors, it's gonna have bugs. That's where they live and you either live with them or kill them all on a continuing basis. Indoors is a different animal. You have to kill the eggs and larva in the soil, and do that on a continuing basis, but if one lousy egg gets away, they'll be back because most of the worst (house) pests are hermaphrodites and if a ready babe can't find a would-be daddy, she can change her internal working parts have a brood, anyway. The flying adults are hard to kill flying around in the air, but 70% Isopropanol alcohol spray works well on any soft-bodied bug and in small doses doesn't hurt the plants. This works good indoors to shoot them out of the air.

Outdoors you will have bugs/mildew etc. but they are rarely a problem. Indoors you rarely have posts but if you have them they can quickly become a problem as their natural enemies are absent.
