Very nice! It might sound scary but removing that central downward branch that shears down through the apex and crosses the trunk could open the tree up and reveal that awesome trunk line. For such a nice and curvy slender trunk line, it would be a shame to hide it. It looks like something very interesting is going on in the upper right quadrant behind that crossing branch and foliage, and I'm guessing it is something good. It is not my intention to impose or be intrusive, of course (your tree is stellar, and I like the design thus far), but I love to see trunk line that warrant their exposure. Flaunt it if you've got it!

Yeah. Pretty scary. I just searched all my OLD pix and can't find one that shows the interesting kink. It is interesting and would be nice to look at but I hesitate to remove it because I'm still not sure it would be an improvement. 🤔

2D pix are less than helpful. ;)

Fair enough, but I guess the question is:

If you look under the foliage and observe your current trunk and its line/movement, is your trunk line better if it is shown or if it remains hidden? From what I can guess despite this being a 2D photo, my inclination is that the ascending trunk is worthy to be shown off/viewed/seen.

There is a remaining feeling of wanting to see where the trunk goes. A cross-like figure of branching hides where it terminate into the apex without being resolved or concluded. Seems like there is something beautiful hidden underneath that nobody is allowed to see yet.
