Ficus Retusa, The Tiger Barked One

I am not real sure why they call this one tiger barked, the image that the name conjures up in mind is immediately dashed on the rocks of reality when you peer at it. There really is nothing tigery about it...

It belonged to my mother in law, and I took it over when she passed away. Today it got a trim and an adjustment. Wire off...Trim...Wire on - it is the way of the ficus...lol...

How many months do your ficuses get outside?

Almost year round. Here, in Mobile, AL, it never really stays cold. I move them between the benches and the shed in between cold snaps.
