A species which is not so often seen trained as bonsai.

Beautiful result, and the pot with the runes matches perfectly the European character of the tree which is very common in our forests.

Because of the unusual shape of the fruit, it's called "bonnet d'évêque" in French ("bishop's bonnet").

Euonymus #1 - two years ago two thirds of the crown died. Now it's resurrected and the trunk is much thicker. I will work now on much better rmification again.

Sure, not enough water on a very hot afternoon. Stuff happens when you do bonsai long enough.
