Does this (broom style) Chinese elm look right to you ?

In the olden days, maybe up to ten years ago, all fertilizer in the USA had a Michigan State University (a Land-Grant Ag college) minimum analysis/source label which was useful in determining what was in the bag, but it has since disappeared and not replaced by anything. Sometimes there is statement of what's there, but evidently it's not required anymore. I think our trade treaty with Mexico & Canada screwed up all labels and most things here have everything in Spanish, English and French, but analysis ain't one of them. There's a special place in Hell for the negotiators that give up important stuff to get agreements without an understanding of what they're giving up. Clerks, bound for Hell. And those Styrofoam balls float & blow around and it's impossible to extricate them from deep in the root mass of new plants, -the gift that keeps giving.
