I believe it is dead. Remember read it somewhere in this forum where he had issues with his sprinkler.

Sprinkler did not get this one. This one has always been hand watered.

Tried this pot. Don't like it. Too small and the tree is too high. Have to wait till next year.036.JPG

Probably a wood box. The tree needs a ground layer to improve the base. It is easy to see how the tree was allowed to get root bound before up-potting in the nursery containers. I'll have to sell a few trees to afford the correct pot for this tree....or I may just sell it while in the box after the layer has taken.

I have a lot of trees coming up for sale soon.
