Contemporary daiza carver recommendation?

Thanks for the link. Nice works. I’m starting to work some wood myself and hadn’t thought about alternative daiza shapes. Maybe in my future.

Harbor freight angle grinder with flap sanding discs, a Bosch regular router and a skill saw do everything else I've needed.

Have you talked to Jerry Braswell? Or Sean Smith? Danny Hart @Hartinez is building some avant-garde stands. Maybe he could do one.

Air powered die grinders have been around a long time. You need a compressor, but they do the job nicely.

Standard burrs work on steel, so wood is no big deal. Many other end shapes are available.

Jerry has had some health issues and I've been waiting ten months for a stand. I don't want to pressure him.

I know Sean specializes in more traditional work but I will reach out.

I wasn't aware of Danny's work, but I will check it out.

Jumping in here, I just checked out Instagram @dannyhartdesignstudio and wow! Danny, you have a great skill and craftsmanship shows. It's not often I'm blown away by wood working but this did it. Thanks for letting us out here see your work. BTW the little black table is so so cool.
