had to post now as busy with school.
Id grow a full season and at least to 1 gallon status befor ground grow …..for sureI'm tempted to get one to plant in the ground here in Maine. It might make it... I'm 5a on the border of 6b, but it might be 6b by now, who knows.
Sounds good! I ordered two of the $20 ones - we'll see!Id grow a full season and at least to 1 gallon status befor ground grow …..for sure
Ground next summer or autumn
The smaller ones will be thick as the $30 ones by end of season…….will take wire quite nicely now too the $10&$15 ones…..nice slender look to them nowBought 2 7 seedling cuttings. Should be fun to see them grow. I have plenty of pine but these seem like good deal and I don't have any seedling cutting yet.
How easy is it to separate the seedlings without damaging them?
Probably could be done, but on the other hand could be dtrimental if not fatal……..serious air pruning for some time and very dense. How easy is it to separate the seedlings without damaging them?
I want to keep them together , so I’ll remove from the small container next season once it’s fused , and pot it upWHY SEPERATE???……..just curious, had a few ask if these can be seperated.
Personally I think these are fascinating just the way they are……are tremendously vigorous an growing by the hour.Inreased chance of branching as a one and when protected wired together at the base fused together will be almost 2” base next season
They are beautiful in the sun today
each they’re own though.
