Hello all! I recently purchased a Chinese elm and repotted it, now I have read that the plant is quite dramatic and such but I've never seen anything like this before, some of the leaves have tears or holes in them and some are yellowing, I did the green bark test and it's very greed, just not entirely sure what to do20190323_142024.jpg20190323_142013.jpg20190323_142013.jpg

The tree looks fine. When you repotted, did you remove much root? If so, you may want to do a light trim in the top of the tree. Watch for new growth within 2 weeks, that'll tell you it's happy.

Sorry then! I must be overreacting ?
I just saw a few leaves crumble and some yellow up and thought it was over, so so sorry, thank you for all who responded!

It is likely stressed from a change in culture from the original grower to you. I agree with the others, just let it be. Don't let it stay wet, yet not dry as a bone either, and it'll adapt to it's new home.
