After pruning the tree, all the leaves were lost. In few weeks new buds were formed and leaves were grown into good shape.
The new fresh leaves were partially dried and fallen after sometime. Later I stopped watering directly into the soil daily, rather I mist the branches and buds.
There are new buds throughout the tree, but there is no proper growth and the buds are drying out. Before 3 days I re-potted the tree with coco peat, compost and red soil.

Request your advice.

I'm confused about the timing of the repot, was it before the pruning and the leaf loss? I don't know about this particular soil you're using to say anything about that. Where are you located?

Red soil...do you mean Akadama? Buds are always a good thing. I would still water the pot...Misting the buds is one thing...offering enough water for transporation to nurish the buds and sustain the tree is also important.

Sorry for the confusion, pruning is done before 2 months and there is no leaf loss while pruning.
Re-potting is done just before 3 days. I'm located out of India.

I'm worried about over watering hence stopped watering the soil and using the mist for both soil and buds.
Red soil in India dont have any specific name.

I don't know what might have caused your original problem, maybe a fungus took all the new leaves. If you just got this plant, perhaps it was not healthy when you got it. It's hard to tell with no pictures from before. How were the roots when you repotted the tree? Were any of them slimy or smelly? Normally repotting a weak tree is not a good idea unless there is bad root rot and bad soil. If you could give more details that might help.

I noticed wet mud around the roots, but I didnt notice any smell or rot.

Did you cut off many of the roots when you repotted?
I think that all you can do at this point is to water only when the soil is drying out, and misting the buds may help too. Keep it out of the wind and only morning sun.

Roots are untouched while re-potting. It is placed on east facing balcony, moved it out of sunlight from a month.
My place is highly humid. Temperatures varies between 30-40 degrees Celsius.
