I want to share with you my project from past. I think it is interesting and it may inspire some of us, to try it too. I planted chilli pepper few years ago. As bonsai enthusiastic I decided to try something with them. I discovered on internet I am not first, who tried to make "bonsai" from chilli peppers. So here was my progress. I picked 12 of them and repoted them together. After month or so I wrapped them with tape and wired to make some shape. Chillies responde well and from that point needed only occassional trimming. They started to bloom and made first chilli peppers. Next year I tried to unwrap the tape, but there was no fusion and they went apart. So I retaped them together again and leave them this way. This Chilli Pepper "bonsai" lived about 3 years and then it dies. I thought it is only one year plant, so I was pretty happy with 3 year which it decorate my living room :)

And sorry for my not perfect English, I am still learning ;)

I’ll call it a bonsai. 🤣 you’ve done a great job with this! It may not be a tree, but it’s convincing. Those peppers are as cool as anything.

It's called bonchi: potted chili. There are several of us here that have tried it, but they're treated mostly as novelties.
I have a 4 year old Italian sweet cherry pepper that looks like it's about to give up on me. I may do some styling on it just for fun.

Last year I grew several cayenne pepper plants from seeds. I tried to fuse 3 of them together, but 2 died. I still have the one though, and it's fallen peppers have created a new plant in the same pot.

Yours look pretty cool, though! Nice!
