Cedar of Lebanon Germination

Searched through the forum to find a similar subject but wasnt able to find any info. Does anyone have a fool proof method of germinating cedrus libani or cedar of lebanon seeds? Have tried this once before and failed. Any recommendations are very much appreciated!

My current method would involve; 1 or 2 month cold stratification, 24hr soak maybe with a small amount of h2o2, then into pots with soil and a plastic lid then wait a few weeks.

I did the same as you with the h2o2 at the start. Got a 95% germination rate.

Good luck with it. One of our local club members has a couple of these bonsai and they are quite nice.

Thank you!! Its really is a beautiful species, large or miniature...Really want to plant one in my yard as well.
