I’ll be bringing a few pre bonsai trees again this year. The pent up demand at last year’s auctions was fun to be a part of.

I'd also like to invite any of you who might consider making the trip up to our corner of the country to be sure to allow enough time to tour the Pacific Bonsai Museum. David deserves to be recognized and celebrated for the contribution he has made to Bonsai. His latest book " Principles of Bonsai Design" is one that I often recommend to students and bonsai enthusiasts when they are looking for excellent reference material. Personally, I have a ton of respect for his teaching style and methods. Deeply appreciate the work he has done here to support Bonsai on Vancouver Island over the years.

This event is our biggest club fundraiser.

If our past club auctions are any indication, this auction will be very well attended.

We need your participation, both by providing bonsai material for the auction and by volunteering.

Your support for the following is appreciated:​

Enter a Tree in the Live Auction:

• We still need trees for the Live Auction. The due date has been extended to May 20th.
• To submit trees for the live auction, e-mail PSBAauction@gmail.com

Enter items in the Silent Auction:

• We still have open Lots for the Silent Auction. RSVP is required, with a limit of 5 Lots per person.
• Fill out a form at www.pugetsoundbonsai.com/auction-registration

Volunteer:

• Teams of volunteers will work on Friday June 3rd for set up. Others may work Saturday June 4th registration/check out, silent auction, live auction, security and take down.

• Advance paddle purchases will be charged a discounted 12.00 fee (verses day of fee of 15.00), with proceeds benefiting the Pacific Bonsai Museum.
