Black spots on leaf tips and yellowing on Chinese Elm.

I keep getting some leafs that develop black spots on the leaf tips and the leaf also turns yellow. The leaf also becomes weak and detaches easily. I've just been removing them when I notice them. The tree appears to healthy other than these leaves.

Is it anything to worry about?
