Well the trunk is still expanding oddly with no buds or new shoots. I don't know what to think of this thing!lol
That large split has popped up within the last week, cambium is still green when scratched.

Don't know what to think of this. It's a sure sign of death in bigger azalea, but if the bark scrapes green, don't give up hope.
