Really hard to tell with just the one picture. A couple of close up views of the foliage and the bark would help.

Based on the wood color I'd say a Taxus.
But better pictures would sure help.

Yeah... sorry guys. Here are some better pics.
My boss tried to remove a few of the trees this winter with the snow plow!
This one survived so I yanked it a couple weeks ago before he removed the rest.
My best guess is some kind of spruce?
