Alaska fish fertilizer & cakes?

anyone have experience on Dosatron?
Im considering it but still have question regarding :
1. Cost to maintain?, like parts to replace yearly?
2. will it work for fish emulsion (like particles)

I've seen (several times) and helped with (once) applying fish fertilizer with a Dosatron at Michael Hagedorn's garden. I can't comment on costs of maintenance but it seems to be a dependable system at bonsai garden scale. YMMV if you are a larger-scale field grower and need to use a ton of it. If you're cost conscious, they can be found used on Ebay/etc.
