I was checking felco 2s on eBay and there are tons of listings for $30-$35 price range. Are these counterfeit?

If it sounds too good to be true it probably is.

There are several videos on your how to spot fake felco. Probably worth watching some or just buy from reputable dealers so you know you are getting what you pay for.

Don't see how they could be as there are too many different sellers with them. I guess price has dropped. I literally have 6 pairs of these. Every nursery job I had came with a pair and holster. When I had my own business if I couldn't put my hands on a pair, I bought another. Now retired, I have 6. My wife opted for #7s, a lot of people did. But having used #2 for 50 years, nothing else feels quite the same.

This is great info.
And .... well, slap my ass. It looks like there are fakes made. Brave new world we live in.

Scammers everywhere, not worth dealing with customer service, returns and refunds. Eventually you end up spending the money anyways but you've wasted time, effort and added needless stress and frustration to your life.

Not many situations where going cheap on tools is beneficial in the long run.

There are just so many listings and they all seem to offer 30 days money back, from the pictures they seem to be legit but who knows they can always ship a fake. Years ago I found a deal on a DE razor, everybody and their mother was selling it on eBay. Turned out tjmaxx was selling it for a deep discount. Lots of eBay resellers buy from discount stores.

My Felco #2 is 35 years old and still cut like nothing else.

The ? Can turn into way more $ than the extra $20ish bucks to be sure you have 35 years of service.

Buy direct.

After I've sharpened the old blade in mine enough times I can just buy a new blade from Felco for 15 to 20 dollars on Amazon, or HD. Best pruners I've ever used but the only ones I used. I have two pairs though...I've tried different models.

Absolutely. That’s the way to go.
I contacted one of the seller to send me the picture of the one I’m going to receive. Sure thing they are fake
