This may be nothing but thought I might as well ask..
Some new shoots of my Chinese elm are forming red branches.. Everything else perfect normal but I'm quite previously the new branches were white, not red.
Anything to be worried about?
May be nothing but thought I'd ask.
Hello,
Yes its another new person post! Reading through the forums so far, theres quite a few of them.
I'll try keep this short, don't mean for you to read an essay.
I'm quite the beginner, but I read a lot and watch a lot of videos, to learn as much as I can. Now I've gotten to the point...
Have any or you read Brooklyn Botanic Garden's book "Indoor Bonsai", published 2002?
I'm curious the thoughts of the membership here and experiences of people growing indoors, especially those growing year round. I read the book about a year ago via my local library, then recently picked up...

So, I received a...

I visited Bonsai Northwest in Seattle when my wife and I were visiting her dad in Gig Harbor back in 1997. I bought a corkbark Chinese Elm and pot, and wired it out. This is the earliest photo I can find; from around 1998. I sold it 10-12 years ago, but did start some root cuttings at some...
