JWP for sale

I have a very nice Chuhin sized JWP that was to be part of a sale package, and for whatever reason this buyer is not moving forward with it. So I'm offering it up here. Please feel free to ask for more information if interested. I'm looking to renovate my summer bench area this year so I'm motivated...

It's a beautiful tree! How much were you looking to get for it? I'm sure it's out of my price range. Are JWP hard to CARE for? I do not own any pines let along any actual BONSAI trees mine are all pre BONSAI or cuttings or seedlings right now.
