The current copper price is roughly 5 euros/kg, given that 10-15% is plastic, and you'd need some elbow grease for stripping and coal for annealing, I think the average price of wire would be roughly 10 euros/kg from the recyling plant. Excluding labor costs.
The ibuki wire looks decently priced and it's ready to use.

ah, ok. You wrote before that is was 18 per kg :).
At the 5E/KG raw it ceertainly is interesting.

Yeah, I thought I eyeballed a kilogram and paid 18 euros. I just weighed what I didn't use this year and there's ~3kg left with the plastic still on. It seems my hands are poor scales.
