I’m thinking about buying this pumice from redbud soil company. They are associated with Byrb’s botanical. Does anyone have experience with this particular pumice. It doesn’t look like there are holes. Is this normal? Can there still be oxygen aeration? Thank you for your help

I buy it by the truck load and that looks like normal pumice to me, perhaps you are picturing lava characteristics?
