Hi everyone. I am here to ask a question. We need to cut our bonsai a little bit, and I was wondering how to do it right, I'm choosing a hedge trimmer from these (we have other trees in the garden, so I guess it will help us later, too), however, if you know for sure that it's not how you should look after bonsai let me know, how to cut trees correctly

Lol, you have met Sorce.

Depending on the size of the tree, those hedge trimmers may be a tad too big.... Standard garden shears will do just fine for most.
If you are serious about the hobby, look up some videos on youtube on standard pruning.
This one is a classic that most know:

Regular household scissors are fine for bonsai. If you're considering using hedge shears, though, I have a feeling your "bonsai" is probably not a bonsai and more of a shrub...?

It makes me think of all the times Eric Foreman and friends journeyed to Kenosha for live music.
