Got a yew that was rooted into ground from local nurserie wondering how much of the original dirt and rootball can safely be removed.
When I brought it home loosened outside edges and put in grow box with fast draining soil on outer edges.
Noticed to today getting a little yellowing on upper branch may be to wet or to much shock from relocating.
Thanks for any input.

If you've already planted it in a box, I'd leave it to recover...
Was it "rooted into ground" via roots escaping through the drain holes of it's pot, or was it actually planted in the ground?

Pics???
