What causes this yellowing and dying on needles on different parts of the tree? How can I save this?

In this case death to that part of tree. Possibly whole tree dying. Please put location in profile for best advice. Personal first instinct is too much H2O but just a guess😕.

That doesn't look too save-able my friend. Sorry.
Most of those needles are beyond yellow. They are crispy dead brown. Could be over watering, might have been repotted or overworked at the wrong time of year.

The first signs were disturbed growth and yellowing on some needles. What could I have done to have it recovered? Once a tree of mine starts yellowing or dying, I am helpless. I am not sure how to stop it and recover. All I do is bring the tree under the shade or greenhouse. That's all I can do 😔

Dont give it too on much shade. It needs the sun to photosynthesize. Watch your watering most importantly. Stressed trees don't use as much water as fully healthy ones. If there are only a few branches at the bottom with green needles, those are the only ones using water so water appropriately for that amount of foliage. And if those ones are pale green/ yellow, they're using even less! Don't give it extra fertilizer either. Its not medicine, it won't help. In fact it could make the problem worse! Try not to baby it. Good luck!

Also for the future, study up on Mugo pine care by reading posts and articles by @Vance Wood on this forum. It will help you learn a lot!

Is there wire on all of the dead / dying parts?

The needles and buds yellowing look like they have been disturbed. The bark on these sections looks green.

Is there any green needles / buds any wagers not wired?

The whole tree was wired and repotted gently. It showed first signs of growth, began to grow male cones. But after extending the candles just a bit, it stopped. Then went worse. I am not thinking that it is overwatered. The location was full sunny. No disease or pest problem. It was green for 3-4 months after repotting, it started turning brown suddenly.

Looks like youre keeping it in a greenhouse in July so it could be getting fried which might account for the symptoms!!

It was in full-sun position. What I do not understand is, how to heal a pine which is stressed from repotting. I know, I shouldn't repot it after initial styling. But let's say it wasn't styled or disturbed and it was just repotted and showed no sign of growth, even maybe it started to dry. How to stop this? How to help the pine to recover?

Do you have a full pic of the tree? The tree size to needle ratio looks a little off. Too much tree, not enough needles?
