Hi Folks,
Well after our first blast of winter (I know some will find that funny:p) the yard looked ready for Xmas, unfortunately like most of the snow events we get, it will be gone soon as it warms up and rains :(......however I thought I'd post a couple of my trees with a blanket of snow and hope that others add to this post.
Here are three of my mountain Hemlocks.
Cheers Graham

mine are getting their 2nd layer. The first was yesterday, followed by 1/4" of freezing rain. Another 4-6" this morning. That's probably more in 2 days than all of 2012.

image.jpgI really enjoy pics of snow covered bonsai, hope to see some more. Not much to see here though, my largest Juni is still partially visible everything else, just lumps in the snow. image.jpg

Mine for the most part are all tucked into their mulch bed, but here you go.

I think this may have been the first picture I posted on Bonsai Nut. I guess I need to take some more snow pics! :)

What the hell is all that white stuff! JK. Last time it snowed here it was 1989.

These are some pics from a few years ago, Christmas day, 2010. As we don't often get measurable snow here in GA, these are the only pictures I have. I'd love to have another white Christmas here.

Counting the weeks till' March

Well,I could not resist.A panorama of the whole area. Some Coreana's fenced in and growing out in ground.Beyond that you can see my under trailer storage area.Beyond the tables,I have two deep cold frames packed with small trees.A picture of my 'ojishi' maple that I plan on taking about 13 air layers from. They all have about half inch trunks on them, but I am looking forward to growing them as small bonsai. They have very small internodes.
