White spots on Brazilian rain tree leaves

I have had these white spots show up the last few weeks anybody have any ideas on identifying it or treating it?

Is it still inside? That soil looks awful dry and dusty to me....BRT's are tropicals and like it damp....

Assuming you have had this tree for a few years but the changed colours have just showed up recently?
Does not look like a typical nutrient deficiency pattern. What's your fertiliser program?
More like variegation which is sometimes caused by virus infection.
It may help to know your location as some problems are specific to certain climates or countries.

I have had it for about a year now and I live in MN and it is very cold and dry right now. I fertilize every month during the growing season

I keep mine moist year around and have never seen that discoloration. Looks like some type nutrient deficiency affecting the chlorophyll. What fertilizer are you using, does it contain micronutrients and trace metals?

I see micronutrients no trace metals just heard this was a good brand really haven’t fertilized in a while because I was in the process of moving and that would explain it.

I live in mn it’s like 15 degrees rn should i be misting it?

In winter I keep mine on a table next to a patio door facing WNW and it has survived 3 winters that way. I water it every time the soil starts to dry out so it stays wet, but have never misted it. Every fall when it comes inside it starts dropping leaflets and by March is almost defoliated, but it starts popping buds about the same time. As fir your fertilizer it looks good. The chelated micronutrients are various trace metals but I couldn’t see which ones. Looks like a good slow release fert.

I fertilize every month during the growing season

Tropical trees grow all year round. This one is indoors so does not know that it's cold out. At best it will slow growth a little during winter but I'd be fertilising, maybe reduced rates in winter , right through the year.
Your fert claims to be organic so it will have some micronutrients. Problem is, if they don't list what you have no idea how much of what is available to the trees. One of the problems with organic based fert is that the nutrients can vary depending on the source and time of year which makes it harder to know what your plants are getting. I guess that's why they don't list anything except the macro nutrients.

Fingers crossed it returns to normal growth come warmer weather. If the white persists you could start propagating a variegated Rain tree.

I use Superthrive fert which has the following, so I know what I’m getting as far as the maco and micro-nutrients. For chlorophyll development and production, in addition to the usual macro-nutrients you need iron, magnesium, manganese, copper, zinc, and molybdenum many of which may not be in a lot of commercial fertilizers and especially in our inorganic soils.
