Hello everyone! Countries that have 4 seasons have like a calendar on when to do mekiri and metsumi on JBP, does anyone have experience with JBP in tropical countries? Does someone know the right time to do it? Thanks in advance

I would think it would be around the same time, maybe a few weeks earlier. They grow in semi-tropical areas in Japan and the new candle development is a reaction to the broken candles during the monsoon season, which starts in June. If you have several trees you can experiment decandeling some in mid-May and some early to mid-June and see how they respond. I know Ryan Neil and a few other experts (I think Brent mentions this on one of his articles) say that you could probably get more than 2 flushes in hot climate areas.
