The fastest way, which incidentally is also the fastest way to getting your belongings thrown on the front lawn, would be to put them in your oven on low...
 
I make them when the weather is predicted to be warm and sunny for a couple of days, and just set them out on plastic or wax paper covered boards. They dry pretty well within a day or two, especially if it's windy.

You need to do that here in TX though? I mean, it will probably dry up in a day if you leave it in full TX sun. Oven is probably more for Oregon or Washington State area :o LOL
 
I don't worry about drying them so much... I have a goat farm so they are pre-pelleted... or they come as chunks from the compost pile- they break down and "stratify" into fibrous layers so I just break off chunks then top dress with bone and blood meal sprinkled on....

Usual method I would use up north is to spread into old baking trays, cut with a pizza cutter and put them on the driveway on a hot day. they can be flipped or dried on a mesh once they are "formed"...
